1 small pkg tapioca pudding
1 small pkg vanilla pudding
2 T frozen orange juice concentrate
20 oz can pineapple chunks
1 small can mandarin oranges
5 bananas
Drain juice from fruits and add enough water to make 3 cups liquid. Pour juice over both pudding mixes in pan and cook stirring constantly until thickened (do not scorch). Cool slightly and add orange concentrate. Add all the fruit except bananas. Cool completely before adding the sliced bananas.
