1 6oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 60z can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 6oz can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 12oz can apricot nectar, chilled
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 quart lemon sherbet
2 12 oz bottles(7cups) ginger ale, chilled
Add water to frozen concentrates according to directions on cans. Add apricot nectar and lemon juice. Just before serving, spoon in sherbet; rest bottle on rim and carefully pour ginger ale down side of bowl. Mix with up and down motion. Makes 25 servings.
